  14.  Line #1 - The top title line.  This text will appear centred on the top
  15.  of the graph.

  17.  Line #2 - The bottom title line.  This text will appear centred on the
  18.  top of the graph.

  20.  Line #3 - This is the path to your USER.LST file.  DO NOT include a
  21.  file name.

  23.  Line #4 - This is a path to the output file.  You must include a file
  24.  name.

  26.  Line #5 - This is a single character that will be used as the "block"
  27.  character on the graph.  In other words, the bars on the bar graph will
  28.  be made with this character.

  30.  Line #6 - This is a single character that will be used as the "space"
  31.  character on the graph.  In other words, all space that is not
  32.  occupied by a "block" will be occupied by this character.

  34.  Line #7 - This is a single number from 0 - 9 that will represent the
  35.  Telegard color for the graph title.

  37.  Line #8 - This is similar to Line #7.  This will represent the color of
  38.  the graph frame.

  41.  the different age ranges.
